Languages and geo targeting
Serve the banner in the visitor's language, and choose which countries see it. Both are paid-plan features.
Languages
On the free plan the banner is shown in English. On a paid plan CookieRay picks the visitor’s language from the languages their browser asks for, in order of preference, and shows the banner in it when a translation is available.
Built-in translations are German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Dutch, plus English. Paid plans show the banner in the visitor’s browser language when one of these exists; otherwise English. Free is English only.
Geo targeting
Settings → Who Sees the Banner has three options:

| Everyone (default) | Every visitor. |
| Only these countries | Visitors from the countries you list. |
| Everyone except these | Every visitor except those from the countries you list. |
A Fill with EEA + UK + Switzerland shortcut fills the list in one click.
Two rules worth knowing:
- A visitor whose country cannot be determined always sees the banner. When in doubt, CookieRay asks.
- A visitor outside your targeting sees no banner, and nothing is blocked for them.
